The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management oversees a number of parks and reservations in Berkshire County, including Savoy State Forest, Pittsfield State Forest, October Mountain State Forest, Mohawk Trails State Forest and Bash Bish Falls State Park, home to the highest waterfalls in Massachusetts, just to name a few.
